Body & Wellness

Pamper your body and restore your mind with personalized wellness treatments designed to relieve tension, boost energy, and promote deep relaxation from head to toe.

The technologies behind these treatments

Radiofrequency (RF) delivers high-frequency energy that heats the deeper layers of the skin, prompting the body to produce new collagen. Over a course of sessions this tightens loose skin and improves tone — particularly useful after weight loss or pregnancy, where the issue is laxity rather than volume.

RF with Vacuum Therapy pairs that same heating action with mechanical suction and massage. The vacuum improves circulation and lymphatic drainage while the RF works on the tissue, which makes it the better option for cellulite and stubborn, dimpled areas.

Ultrasonic Cavitation uses low-frequency sound waves to break down fat cell walls, releasing their contents to be processed and cleared naturally by the body. It’s the volume-reducing part of the protocol — best for localized pockets of fat that don’t shift with diet and exercise.

A note on all body contouring: these are non-invasive treatments, not weight loss procedures. They work best on clients already at or near a stable weight, and results are cumulative — most protocols run six to twelve sessions. Adriana will recommend the right combination of modalities at consultation.

Full Abdomen

The most-requested contouring area.

Treatment targets the upper and lower abdomen together, combining cavitation to reduce localized fat with radiofrequency to firm the skin over it — which matters, because reducing volume without addressing laxity can leave the area looking softer, not tighter.

It’s especially popular post-pregnancy and after significant weight loss.

Plan on a course of six to twelve sessions, generally once or twice weekly, with results building throughout.

Abdomen and Hips

Treating the abdomen and hips together is the smarter choice if your concern is overall silhouette rather than one isolated area, since the two zones read as a single line from the front and side.

The same combination of cavitation, radiofrequency and vacuum therapy is applied across both, and bundling them saves you both time and money versus booking separately.

Best results come from a consistent course alongside good hydration and regular movement.

$250 per session

Hips

Hip and flank treatment targets the pockets that sit stubbornly above the waistband and resist diet and exercise.

Cavitation breaks down the localized fat while radiofrequency and vacuum work on skin tone and circulation, so the area smooths rather than simply shrinking.

It’s a common pairing with abdomen treatment for a more balanced result.

Expect gradual change across a course of sessions rather than a dramatic shift after one appointment.

Thighs

Thigh treatment addresses two things at once: localized fat and the dimpled texture of cellulite.

Vacuum therapy and radiofrequency improve circulation and lymphatic flow through tissue that’s naturally sluggish, while cavitation targets volume.

Cellulite is stubborn and largely structural, so honest expectations matter — this smooths and improves rather than eliminates.

Clients who stay consistent across a full course and support it with hydration and movement see the best results.

$200 per session

Upper Arm

Upper arm treatment focuses on the underside of the arm, where loose skin and softness tend to show first — and where it’s hardest to make progress through exercise alone.

Radiofrequency does most of the work here, tightening and firming the skin, with cavitation added if there’s fat to reduce as well.

It’s a popular booking ahead of weddings and holidays.

Results build gradually across a course, so start well in advance.

$150 per session

Lower Back (Bra / Lower Line)

Bra line and lower back treatment targets the rolls that show through fitted clothing and are almost impossible to train away.

Cavitation reduces the localized fat while radiofrequency and vacuum smooth and firm the skin across the area.

It pairs naturally with abdomen work for a full torso result.

Like all contouring here, it works best on a stable weight and across a consistent course rather than as a one-off.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is body contouring the same as weight loss?

No, and this matters. Contouring treatments reduce localized pockets of fat and tighten skin in specific areas — they don’t reduce your overall body weight in any meaningful way, and the scale often doesn’t move at all.

They work best on clients already at or near a stable weight who have areas that resist diet and exercise.

If overall weight loss is the goal, that’s a different conversation, and Adriana will have it honestly with you.

How many sessions do I need to see results?

Most protocols run six to twelve sessions, generally once or twice a week.

Some clients notice a difference in measurements after three or four, but the visible change most people are after builds across the full course.

Skipping weeks genuinely does set progress back, since the treatments work cumulatively.

Adriana takes measurements at the start so progress is tracked with numbers rather than impressions.

What's the difference between cavitation, radiofrequency, and RF with vacuum?

Cavitation uses low-frequency sound waves to break down fat cell walls, so it’s the volume-reducing part — right for localized fat.

Radiofrequency heats the deeper skin layers to stimulate collagen, so it’s the tightening part — right for laxity after weight loss or pregnancy.

RF with vacuum adds suction and massage to improve circulation and drainage, which makes it the best of the three for cellulite. Most treatment plans combine all three.

Does it hurt, and is there downtime?

Neither, really. Cavitation produces a buzzing sound you hear more than feel, radiofrequency feels like a warm stone massage, and vacuum feels like firm suction.

Most clients find it relaxing and some fall asleep.

There’s no downtime at all — you can go straight back to work or the gym afterward.

Mild redness or warmth in the area is normal and settles within an hour or two.

What do I need to do between sessions for the best results?

Drink plenty of water — this is genuinely the most important thing, since your lymphatic system has to process and clear what cavitation releases.

Stay active, keep your diet reasonable, and avoid alcohol for twenty-four hours either side of a session.

None of this is optional extra credit; clients who hydrate and move consistently see noticeably better results than those who don’t, using the exact same protocol.

Will the results last?

The fat cells broken down by cavitation don’t come back, so those results are durable — but the remaining fat cells can still expand if your weight increases, which means results hold as long as your weight and habits stay stable.

Skin tightening from radiofrequency is different: collagen naturally declines with age, so most clients book maintenance sessions every few months to keep it.

Contouring is a tool, not a permanent fix.

Who isn't a candidate for body contouring?

Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, and anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device.

Also excluded: active cancer, liver or kidney disease, uncontrolled diabetes, severe cardiovascular conditions, and metal implants in the treatment area.

Recent surgery in the area needs full clearance first.

Everyone completes a health questionnaire before the first session — please answer it fully, since some of these are genuine safety issues rather than paperwork.

How do the weight loss shots work, and are they right for me?

That’s decided at consultation, not online.

Every client starts with a health screening and a proper conversation about your history, your goals and what’s realistic — because this isn’t right for everyone, and Adriana would rather tell you that than take the booking.

If you are a candidate, you’ll be walked through the protocol, the side effects worth knowing about, the cost, and how it fits alongside contouring if you’re doing both.
